Believing in the importance of the private equity as an important asset class that are still not sufficiently served in the MENA region, CONSULTIA intends to play a major role in this area, utilizing our team expertise and abilities to serve our clients who are or intend to be investing in the private equity deals.

We keep searching among the privately held companies for the best investment opportunities to provide it to our clients who want a long term equity investments, without being concerned in the capital markets fluctuations and benefiting from the lack of marketability discount. We review a lo of opportunities, filter them and choose those who match our criteria, and then we study them to identify its degree of potential.

CONSULTIA also helps the owners of the privately held companies to sell all or part of their stakes in their companies to satisfy their diversification needs, and to benefit from new investment opportunities being offered to them. To do so, we study their company, determine the fair value, search for the potential investors whom have interest in investing in such companies, meet them and try to convince them to accept the deal, in order to maximize the selling price and the benefits, we search for the investors who have added value and who will benefit from buying the offered company.

We can also help our clients in being their consultant for buying or selling privately held companies. Our knowledge and experience enable us to advise our clients on the investment opportunities offered to them or offered by them, and due to our experience in the financial sector, we know how the investment banks think and we speak the same language, so we are able to negotiate on our clients' behalf who have private equity transactions (as a buyer or seller) with them, in order to maximize their benefits.
